Paraphrasing vs Summarizing vs Quoting?

Paraphrasing is putting the original context into your own words. The length will be similar to the original writing or perhaps longer.

On the other hand, summarizing will be very short and to the point. You are able to shorten the writing by getting down to the main points.

At last, quoting is putting exact context, word by word into your own writing. It will require giving credit to the original author and citing your source.
